Helio Cerqueira

Helio is a senior geotechnical engineer with vast experience in the mining and infrastructure sectors.

He has solid experience in geotechnical instrumentation and a passion for designing and deploying monitoring systems aligned with their monitoring purposes.

Helio has performed geotechnical risk assessments for mining structures (dams, waste dumps and pit slopes) as well as dam surveillance and monitoring for many years. He is also experienced in auditing tailing storage facilities in Brazil and Canada.

OUTSIDE WORK: Helio enjoys spending quality time with family and socialising with friends.
